Shipping Methods

Your models will be shipped using USPS first class mail. Cost is calculated at checkout, and is item based. First class mail usually ships in 2-3 business days. Package tracking will be available. International shipping available upon request.

Easy Replacement

If your item/items arrive damaged please send a photo straight out of the box, with shipping label included. If it is determined that your item arrived damaged, then I will send you a replacement at no charge for said item. If you are not satisfied with your item for another reason, a replacement can be sent, upon return of said item. The replacement will cost nothing, but you will need to cover shipping costs. Please keep in mind that I use FDM printers, and there will always be visible layer lines on models, some models more than others. Also, if a model was printed that required supports, there will almost always be some subtle scarring on the model, typically on the underside, and this is normal.

I am happy to ship anywhere in the world, as long as you are willing to pay the shipping. I will work with you to find the shipping cost that suits your needs, whether it is fast shipping, or cheap shipping. If you live outside the US and would like to order, please choose International Shipping at check out. I will start your order as normal, then once it is done, I will contact you with shipping options. Once you pay shipping, I will get your new terrain in the mail and on it’s way to you.
